FOUNDERS MEETING – NEW OSM CONCLAVE & SCARLET CORD CONSISTORY
Today marked an important step in the creation of both a new Order of the Secret Monitor Conclave and a new Scarlet Cord Consistory, with the proposed founders gathering at Newark‑on‑Trent’s Masonic Hall in Nottinghamshire.
The meeting focused on confirming the names of the two new units, to be revealed in due course, along with finalising the founding teams and the officers who will guide each body through its formative year. The Heads of both Orders, Ray Ellis and Peter Brown, were present to offer their support, encouragement, and insight to the organising committee and assembled founders, with special thanks given to Paul Howard, who has been spearheading the initiative.
With an eye firmly on launching next year, momentum is building, and the foundations are now well in place. This marks an exciting new chapter for both the OSM and the Scarlet Cord, and today’s meeting demonstrated the enthusiasm and commitment driving these new units forward.
